Who publishes www.leanela.co.uk, which servers the site runs on, what pays for it and why no purchase is ever completed here. The ten sections below take it in order.

Page updated on 19 September 2026

The short version, in four sentences

www.leanela.co.uk is an editorial site run by a third party and funded by affiliate commission. The Leanela brand neither owns this site nor controls it. No basket, no checkout and no parcel passes through this domain. The order button hands you over to an outside retailer, and the sale is formed there and nowhere else.

Who publishes these pages

The site found at www.leanela.co.uk is put online by a private publisher, referred to below simply as the publisher. What these pages say is his responsibility.

Purpose of the site
To describe the Leanela instant coffee, its composition and how it is taken, then point the reader towards the retailer who sells it.
Contact address
contact@leanela.co.uk
What this address handles
A mistake spotted in a text, a detail that has gone out of date, an infringement of rights. Nothing that touches an order.

A message about a parcel that has not turned up, a charge, a credit note or an exchange will get nowhere here: those files belong to the retailer covered in section 02. We have access to no customer account at all.

Not the brand, not a shop

If you read only one section on this page, make it this one.

Neither the brand nor its mouthpiece

www.leanela.co.uk does not come from the manufacturer, from the holder of the Leanela trade mark, or from the company that markets it. None of them has appointed us, approved us or checked a word of this. The publisher writes in his own name, and the only conceivable tie to those companies runs through an affiliate programme, nothing more.

Not a point of sale

Nothing can be bought from these pages. In practical terms:

  • this domain holds no basket, no payment flow and no order form,
  • we will never ask you for a card number, a delivery address or proof of identity,
  • not a single box of Leanela sits on our shelves: we ship nothing and take nothing back,
  • the "Order" page is merely a bridge across to the retailer and amounts to neither a binding offer nor a commitment to buy.

Two companies stand in front of you

The redirect drops you into the leanela.com shop, where two separate companies are involved. Knowing which one does what will save you time the day a question comes up.

Operator of the shop
Haur B.V., a private limited company incorporated under the law of the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under RSIN 867612939, John M. Keynesplein 1, 1066EP Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
What it answers for
Running the sales site and collecting payment, acting as an intermediary. It does not manufacture, test or store the products.
Seller of the product
Haruki Limited, company code UN 486997, Agios Ambrosios 16, 7571 Anglisides, Larnaca, Cyprus.
What it answers for
Selling the products and arranging delivery. Product safety, quality, labelling and regulatory compliance rest with the seller.

Neither of those two addresses takes in parcels. A return sent off to one of those registered offices on your own initiative gives no right to a refund: the return address is given to you once you have contacted customer support, and it depends on your country and on the reason for the return.

The publisher of these pages sits outside both companies. He does not represent them, collects nothing on their behalf and sees none of their customer files.

Where to put a question about an order

  • official support form: support.leanela.com/hc/requests/new,
  • a complaint about a product, its delivery or its effects: [email protected],
  • either way it is the seller who handles the request and answers it, never us.

Ordering, paying, returning

What follows sets out the rules the shop applies as these lines are written. It carries no contractual weight: only the terms the seller displays on the day of your purchase govern the sale, and they can move without anyone telling us. Take the time to open them before you confirm.

When the contract forms
Payment first binds you to the operator of the shop. The sale itself is formed with the seller only when the dispatch confirmation email reaches you, and it covers only the items named in that email.
Cancellation
Possible within one hour of placing the order, provided the parcel has not already left the warehouse.
Return window
Thirty days from delivery, no reason required.
Condition required
Boxes must come back unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable state. An opened box is not taken back, and on an order of several boxes only the sealed ones are refunded.
Return postage
Paid by the buyer. No prepaid label is provided, neither the original postage nor the return postage is refunded, and a tracked service is strongly advised.
Refused parcel
Refusing delivery does not count as a return. The seller may hold back up to £30 in handling fees, and nothing is refunded until the parcel has made its way back to him.
Processing times
Allow seven to fourteen working days for the return to be inspected, then five to twenty working days before the money lands back on the original payment method.
Broken or faulty product
Falls outside the thirty day rule and leads to a replacement, once photographs and a description of the problem have been sent in.
Subscription
If you take one out, orders repeat on their own until you cancel. Cancellation must happen at least 48 hours before the next charge to stop the following shipment.
Currency
Whatever the shop displays at the payment step. Check it: a charge in a currency other than the pound can trigger conversion fees from your bank.
Governing law
The seller's terms are governed by Cypriot law. That choice strips you of none of the mandatory consumer protections granted by the law of the country you live in.

Where the money comes from

This site is funded by affiliate commission and by nothing else. When a reader follows one of our links and then completes an order at the retailer, a share of the transaction comes back to the publisher through the platform that records the clicks. That share pays for the writing, the images and the hosting.

The share is taken out of the retailer's margin. Your bill does not move by a penny: you pay the price he shows at the point of confirming, whether you arrived through leanela.co.uk or by any other route.

The rules require the promotional nature of a publication to be made plain. So read these pages for what they are: commercial communication, not a neutral trial and not an independent investigation.

Where the site is hosted

The files that make up this site sit on the infrastructure of an American provider and are served from there.

Its role stops at moving the bytes: it writes nothing, checks nothing and has no say in what appears here.

Prices and product details

Composition, formats, photographs, prices, promotions, stock notices: what you read on these pages repeats what the retailer has made public at his end. Treat all of it as a snapshot taken at one moment, liable to be contradicted the next day without anyone letting us know.

Where the two differ, the retailer's page wins. Before confirming a purchase, check with him the exact amount to be debited, the cost of postage, the number of boxes shipped, the ingredient list printed on the carton and how long the offer on display still runs.

A supplement, not a medicine

Leanela belongs to the food supplement category, not to the medicines. No line on this site amounts to a diagnosis, a prescription, a course of treatment or the announcement of a guaranteed result.

A product of this kind supports a way of living, it does not replace one: a cup excuses nobody from moving, from sleeping enough or from watching what goes on the plate. The accounts published here describe individual experiences and say nothing about what you will observe yourself.

The product contains caffeine. It is meant for adults, is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the dose of one stick a day must never be exceeded. A treatment under way, a known condition, a sensitivity to caffeine or plain hesitation: take the advice of your GP or your pharmacist before the first cup.

Rights over the content

The editorial content, the layout, the visual styling and the code of www.leanela.co.uk were produced for this site and remain the property of the publisher. Reproducing, republishing or adapting them, in whole or in part, calls for his written permission, whatever the medium in mind.

The trade marks, logos, company names and product images cited in these pages, on the other hand, belong to their respective holders. We use them solely to identify the product under discussion, without any tie, sponsorship or endorsement arising from it. A rights holder who considers a publication harmful can ask for its removal at the address given in section 01, and the request will be dealt with.

What we do not promise

These pages are re-read and updated regularly, which protects nobody from a typo, an omission or a detail that has since become wrong, and guarantees no more than that a site will usually be reachable. The publisher cannot be held liable for an inaccuracy, an outage, or a decision you take on the strength of these pages alone.

Past the redirect link we control nothing: not the retailer's prices, not his timescales, not his terms, not the quality of what he puts in the box. An order poorly carried out, an item that is not as described or a disappointing impression after use therefore fall outside our responsibility and are settled with him.

The same goes for any third party site reached from here: its content, its rules and its handling of data are its own affair, and the decision to go there is yours.

Your personal data

There is no account to open here, no customer area, no form and no newsletter. Your visit to this domain tells us no identity: no name, no postal address and no email address is recorded.

Traffic is counted in anonymous totals, with no advertising cookie and no reconstruction of individual journeys. The technical details used for that count cannot be traced back to an identifiable person.

Once the redirect fires you are no longer with us: everything you type into the retailer's shop or on the affiliate platform falls under their own privacy policies, which are worth reading. A question on that, or the exercise of a right under data protection law, goes to the address given in section 01.

Who publishes this site
Behind leanela.co.uk stands an independent outfit, owned neither by the maker of the product, nor by the company that sells it, nor by the trade mark holder: no shareholding and no contract ties us to any of them. Our work is to document Leanela, nothing more: the sale never goes through us. Choosing a quantity, paying, arranging delivery, all of that happens at the retailer, on its own site, from the moment you leave these pages through one of our buttons.
Where our income comes from
Nothing is paid on this domain and we take not a penny here. The retailer pays us a commission whenever a purchase follows a click from our pages, and that commission changes nothing whatsoever about the price you see displayed. What goes into your basket, however, along with the delivery of the parcel and any returns, is entirely outside our hands: those matters stay with the retailer. It is the retailer you should approach, using the contact details shown on the confirmation you receive after paying.
Status of the images and testimonials
What you have in front of you is commercial communication, not journalism and not a scientific report. The visuals were staged in a studio in order to show the product at its best. As for the testimonials, they come from buyers each recounting their own experience: yours may well turn out differently. Every brand and every logo mentioned remains the property of its respective holder.
Worth knowing before the first dose
Leanela falls into the food supplement category: it is in no sense a medicine, still less a treatment. Nothing here removes the need for a varied plate, enough sleep and regular physical activity. Keep to one stick a day and never go beyond that. The caffeine it contains makes it unsuitable for children and adolescents, and for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. A current treatment, a long standing condition, or simple hesitation: the sensible move is to speak to your GP or your pharmacist before starting.
